Kirsty is a 3D artist and beginner game developer who also has a great passion for graphic design. Her future aspiration is to work with a graphic design or gaming company. For her thesis ‘Video Gaming as a Form of Therapy’, Kirsty designed and developed ‘GLOOM’, where she interpreted the emotions that come with battling depression through the use of game mechanics. In ‘GLOOM’, the player must make his or her way through all 10 levels, each of which presents a short dialogue showing a quote that compliments the next scene.
