Yanica designed a space for elderly people. The goal of this project is to create a space where the elderly can feel at ease and spend time. For this dissertation she opted to focus entirely on the back garden which will be separated into several areas such as an activity area, a garden area, and a seating area where guests can relax in the shade. Those who appreciate planting fresh veggies or herbs will enjoy the garden area. There will be garden beds available for use, as well as encouragement to participate in any health-related activity.
