Daniela is an aspiring figurative artist, mainly focusing on the female’s body-image. She sees her art as a tool to help women overcome stereotypical ideologies and to accept their natural bodies. Daniela is interested in depicting the contrast of what is real versus what is a fictional body. Daniela developed a personal technique combining painting and stitching on canvas. Her projects lead to work with women and include their experience of the world as women. Daniela becomes a witness while she is accepted in their personal world. This further motivates her to continue producing, as she finds an educational value in all this experience.
