Anthea is a newspaper nerd. Her thesis sets out to find whether current local newspapers are dying out. This is done through analysing Maltese 20th-century newspapers and the reasons as to why they have gone extinct. There are many reasons as to why this is possible. Anthea interviews three journalism academics, who are also experts in the field, and two managing directors from Media Today and Standard Publications. They tell her of the struggles of publishing a paper as well as the advantages to it.
