Ludivine’s work fits within the genre of the artist’s body as sculpture. For the last years Ludivine focused on the theme of identity and feminism, expressing her ideas in a bold direct approach through various media. Her main medium, however, is herself as she transforms into various personas (her subjects) according to the themes she selects. Photography remains the preferred vehicle to record herself in pre-established settings, and her work tends to lean towards the humouristic although at times it expresses tragic undertones. In her latest work she performs as an influencer and questions the role of contemporary social media influencers who tend to take a particular stereotypical role imitating Hollywood stars.
